Now, imagine that surface enclosed with angled trampolines that allow you to literally bounce off the walls! These patented, all-trampoline, walled playing courts are the foundation of Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park since we opened our first location in 2004. It's a playing court so original and unique, it was awarded a United States patent.
The result? A brand new way to move, compete and get fit!

Almost like Volleyball, not quite like Basketball, and not a mere Trampoline, Cageball merges all these into the Ultimate Sports Experience!
Cageball is a fun, totally unique trampoline-basketball sport. The trampoline basketball game has long been a favorite activity among extreme sports-loving individuals who have had the opportunity to discover it.
Behind each player is a red hoop, which acts as the basket for the opposing player. The object of the game is to jump on the trampoline, launch the ball into the target behind your opponent’s head, all while attempting to keep the ball from hitting the ground on your tramp.
A 3-min game that will make you fully aware of what you need to work on be it stamina, balance, control or coordination there is never a dull second when playing this deceptively challenging and intense hybrid sport.

Are you short on time and missing your workout? Did you know it is possible to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour, and still have FUN doing it? With SkyRobics, that reality is now a possibility.
SkyRobics is low impact and combines advanced calisthenics, core exercises and strength building aerobics, all done on our patented, all-trampoline, walled playing courts. SkyRobics is one of the most dynamic, effective and intense workouts you can have, while being fun and easy on your joints. Those at any level of physical fitness will reap the physical and mental benefits of this revolutionary workout.
Classes are offered 5 days a week by SkyRobics instructors.

Join our certified SkyRobics instructors, Paul and Matt, for an hour of intense training. Both Paul and Matt are dedicated instructors who have a passion for Sky Zone as well as fitness and fun! An hour of SkyRobics is like 6 hours of running or cycling, but we have fun while jumping!

THE ULTIMATE DODGEBALL CHALLENGE IS COMING TO SKY ZONE ANAHEIM AUGUST 1ST, 2013!
Are you ready to take on the best? Are you extreme enough to rise to the challenge of Ultimate 3-D Dodgeball? Regional qualifications are here at SKY ZONE ANAHEIM on Thursday, August 1st at 6:00pm. All teams must register by deadline of July 29th.
It's the biggest Ultimate Dodgeball event ever - with Local Qualifiers scheduled to be held at 35 Sky Zone parks throughout the U.S. and Canada. To the overall winner goes $20,000! Plus, the finals in Las Vegas will be professionally filmed and later broadcast across the U.S. on the Fox Sports Network. Whether you are a seasoned Ultimate Dodgeball veteran or a first-timer, you won't want to miss this high-flyin' event!
- Anaheim Qualifier Date and Time: Thursday, August 1st, 2013 at 6:00pm (5:00pm check in)
- Cost: Just $50/team (plus tax; each participant must also have their own pair of SkySocks - $1.50/pair)
- Ages: 16+

Sky Zone Anaheim Indoor Trampoline Park's 3-D Dodgeball combines classic dodgeball with our trampoline field, taking the game to a soaring new level. There are many ways you can enjoy playing 3-D Dodgeball at Sky Zone:
- Come alone or with friends and jump into one of our daily pick up games; unfortunately we can never guarantee 3-D Dodgeball with general admission because we need court availability and enough people of the same size to get a game going ... but we'll do all we can to make it happen
- Join a dodgeball league
- Enter one of our 3-D Dodgeball tournaments
- Rent a patented, all-trampoline, walled, dodgeball court for a private party or event
